Subscribe to the Tax Agent
Choose the Tax Agent plan on commerceace.com. Your subscription activates immediately and unlocks the Tax Agent on the platform.

Install the cartridge
Upload the Commerce Ace BM Extension cartridge to your SFCC instance and add it to your cartridge path. The cartridge adds Commerce Ace menu items inside Business Manager.
One cartridge covers all agents — you only install it once.

Configure your BM instance
In the Commerce Ace platform, go to Settings and enter your BM instance URL. Add your connected site and configure the tax import job name.

Sync your tax rates
Navigate to the Tax Agent page inside Business Manager or on the platform. Click Sync Now — all 50 US state rates flow into your BM tax tables. Set up a schedule to keep them current automatically.
