Subscribe to the Promotions Suite

Choose the Promotions Suite plan on commerceace.com. Your subscription activates immediately and unlocks the Promotions Agent plus the Tax Agent on the platform.

Install the cartridge

Upload the Commerce Ace BM Extension cartridge to your SFCC instance and add it to your cartridge path. The cartridge adds Commerce Ace menu items inside Business Manager.

One cartridge covers all agents — you only install it once.

Configure sites and import jobs

In the Commerce Ace platform, go to Settings. Enter your BM instance URL, add your connected sites, and configure the promotion import job per site.

OCAPI v25_6 is required. Ensure your OCAPI client has Data API write access.

Create your first promotion

Navigate to the Promotions Agent. Type your promotion in plain English, select target sites, and click Create. The promotion, campaign, and coupon appear in Business Manager fully configured.
