Follow these steps to install and configure the Shopping Agent on your Shopify store.

Install the app

Click Install on the Shopify App Store listing. The Shopping Agent installs a chat widget on your storefront and an admin dashboard inside Shopify.

Requires Shopify Basic plan or higher.

Configure your brand voice

In Settings, fill in your store description, product focus, support policies, and brand tone. Claude uses this to answer customer questions accurately.

Customize the widget

Set the widget position, colors, and expand button style to match your storefront. Growth and Pro plans unlock header font color, button background, and more.

Color controls are available on Growth and Pro plans.
