Follow these steps to install and configure the Email Agent on your Shopify store.

Install the app
Click Install on the Shopify App Store listing. The Email Agent embeds directly inside your Shopify admin.
Requires Shopify Basic plan or higher.

Connect Resend
Create a free account at resend.com. Generate an API key, verify your sending domain, and paste the key into Email Agent Settings.
Use your own domain for sending (e.g. noreply@yourstore.com) for best deliverability.

Configure your brand voice
Fill in your store description, brand tone, target audience, key selling points, and email template colors. Claude uses this to write every email.
The more detail you provide, the more on-brand every email will be.

Activate your email series
Go to Email Series and activate Welcome, Abandoned Cart, or Post-Purchase. Set your send delay, test with the Send Test button, and go live.
