Subscribe to the Full Platform

Choose the Full Platform plan on commerceace.com. Your subscription activates immediately and unlocks every agent on the platform.

Install the cartridge

Upload the Commerce Ace BM Extension cartridge to your SFCC instance and add it to your cartridge path. The cartridge adds Commerce Ace menu items inside Business Manager.

One cartridge covers all agents — you only install it once.

Configure your environment

In the Commerce Ace platform, go to Settings. Enter your BM instance URL, add your connected sites, configure import jobs, and set up OCAPI access. Optionally connect your GA4 property for the Analytics Agent.

OCAPI v25_6 is required. GA4 connection is optional.

Start using every agent

All agents are unlocked — Tax, Promotions, Catalog AI, Data Export, Analytics, and Personalization. Navigate to any agent inside Business Manager or on the platform and start working.
